Training Schedule


What classes should I attend?

Parent / Child Class –  This is a parent assisted class for children 18-36 months old.

3-4 year olds – This is our “Tough & Tiny” program, children in this age group should attend any two of the yellow classes on the schedule.

5-7 year olds – This is our “Fit & Fearless” age group, children in this class should attend 2 classes on Monday – Thursday.  Fridays we do a Weapons program, and Saturday a Kickboxing program.  These classes are generally reserved for those on a unlimited membership as they are separate from our regular curriculum.

8-14 year olds – This is out “Youth” age group”, children in this class should attend 2 classes on Monday – Thursday.  Fridays we do a Weapons program, and Saturday a Kickboxing program.  These classes are generally reserved for those on a unlimited membership as they are separate from our regular curriculum.  These classes are split into two age groups on Monday, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Teens and Adults – All of the blue classes are open to you.
